Customer On-line Centre

We have recently launched our Customer On-Line Centre and the response has been overwhelming; 80% of Customers are now booking transport via the web and able to obtain their job reference number immediately; view the status of bookings; view and or print booking history, invoices and statements instantly.

To obtain a username and password , complete the Request for Client Login form and we will contact you within 48 hours with your details.

The centre has been developed ensuring its easy use and logical format, but should you feel more comfortable with a guiding hand please refer to our instructions or hints in navigating the centre or our notes on how to make a job booking.

The Online Centre is only the first stage of our technological advancement implementation plan. We are in the midst of preapareing stage 2 and will keep you updated.

Rapid growth of this refrigerated and frozen transport company has seen the team at Gaby Cool increase by 22% per annum. Management has worked tireless to reduce staff turnover by 80% and to increase staff satisfaction and contentment.

Fuel Levy

The fuel levy for September, 2010 is 9.05%.

This surcharge is monitored and adjusted monthly. Variations are based on the published average terminal gate price as advised on the Australian Institute of Petroleum website.
