What an overwhelming response to our 2008 Customer Survey.
Gaby Cool received countless replies and would like to thank each and every one of you for your continued support in allowing us to provide the Customer Service you need.
The Gaby Cool team is grateful for the many compliments received, (especially towards our Operations Department), and now have a renewed exuberance to continue and improve on our high quality refrigerated and frozen transport service.
Whilst the majority of Customers are happy with our current performance, quite a few indicated a desire to be able to book jobs in online and help out the environment by having less paperwork.
Well.......we hear you!
Currently the Gaby Cool Team are in the final stages of preparing this service for you and expect to launch the new "Online Customer Bookings" by the end of this month. The team has kept the processes easy and simple to use whilst maintaining the maximum benefit for Customers.
